Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which product is right for me – sauna, steam room, or cold plunge?
It depends on your wellness goals and lifestyle. Saunas offer dry heat for deep relaxation and cardiovascular support, steam rooms help with skin health and respiratory benefits, while cold plunges reduce inflammation and aid muscle recovery. Many of our clients choose a combination for contrast therapy.
Can I install these products at home, or are they only for commercial spaces?
Absolutely! All our products are designed for both residential and commercial use. Whether you’re upgrading your home retreat or fitting out a wellness facility, we’ll help you choose the best solution.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. We offer full installation services within our areas of operation. Our team ensures a seamless setup, whether it’s for a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, or Ami Pod.
What kind of maintenance do your products require?
Our units are built for durability and ease. Most require minimal upkeep—just regular cleaning and occasional checks.
Can I customise my sauna, steam room, or plunge pool?
Definitely. We offer a range of finishes, materials, and configurations to suit your space and aesthetic preferences.
